FCPS (Fellow of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan) is a postgraduate degree awarded by College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan upon completing specific years of training and passing the examination in specific specialty.

The exam in conducted by the college. It comprises of two parts, like ST1 and ST2 of UK there are first two years in General Surgery or General Medicine and than Intermediate Module Exam. The remaining training can be continued in General Surgery or General Medicine or a speciality can be selected and upon completing further 2–3 years the candidate is eligible for exam, passing which grants him the postgraduate status in his/her chosen field.
To date following degrees are eligible for registration with General Medical Council without any other exam[1]:
